A 1990s impact study Hume cannot find
Forbidden Science 4: Rockefeller told Vallée that Detlev Bronk had written a paper on alien life and the impact of disclosure during the Clinton/Roswell years. Kissner also mentioned the university. Hume searched, emailed the university, got silence.
