CIA Deputy Director for Science & Technology, 1982–1989
Hume got Hineman on record acknowledging involvement in UFO programs in the 1980s — after Blue Book. Hume's standing demand: release the CIA DS&T UFO program files from that decade. He has urged AARO and later declassification tranches to interview him.

Founding director, CIA NPIC
Told Jacques Vallée in 1989 that he possessed a fragment shot off a UFO during the 1952 Washington, D.C. flap and that IBM analysed it. AARO later looked for the piece for its historic report and could not locate it. Hume argues CIA then passed 1950s fragments to LMSSC, which is why AARO came up empty.
James T. Ramey
AEC Commissioner, 1962–1973
Hume interviewed the commissioner's grandson. The family account: Ramey sat on a top-secret AEC program investigating landed UFOs so the USSR would not gain a nuclear advantage. The team found nothing credible and, per the grandson, also fanned UFO rumours as cover for prohibited weapons work.

USMC Stinger/Avenger gunner
Disclosure Project witness. Hume interviewed him for the 2023 Medium reconstruction of a March/April 1997 crash near Pucallpa, Peru: teardrop/egg object, DOE-jacketed recovery team, 15-hour interrogation. Weygandt still stands by the account.

DOE/NNSA acknowledged classified files on Starfish Prime & UFOs that need a subject-matter expert with jurisdiction before any release. After 2–3 status chases Hume concluded release is unlikely. Army said USAS American Mariner tracking records, if they exist, would be at NARA.

DSTL 4-page Havana Syndrome / AHI paper (2021)
Four-page 2021 Cognitive Warfare report, MOD-funded, discussing RF/acoustics, directed-energy weapons and chemical explanations, with recommendations for further work. Authored under FTUD S&T (Future Threat Understanding and Disruption). Hume believes this is not DSTL's entire holding.

FBI file — Clinton Nuclear Power Plant UAV incidents (2018)
File released after appeal, later a printout addendum. Witness statements, IDNR launch-site map (no vehicle found), 3–5 objects with one hovering ~1 hour, Air Police late, National Guard Doppler insignificant. Two possible operators dismissed; another lead fully redacted. Assessment: named group/individuals 'does not warrant further investigation' — names redacted. Closed at NRC but unresolved. Mentions a related 2017/18 California plant (Hume thinks Diablo Canyon). No photographs captured.

NSA 1978 serial cited in Immaculate Constellation
A year later NSA would not confirm or deny the document's existence. They omitted the subject line; Hume had to match it by date. He appealed and lost. He notes the same item appears in Oke's 1985 notes, which is why he is confident it exists.

Holds inherited AEC records. Hume's Starfish Prime / UFO request produced a referral to a subject-matter expert with jurisdiction — implying responsive classified files exist. Jesse Michels later cited this FOIA on a public stage.
NSA
National Security Agency
Hume's standing result: any NSA request for UFO/UAP intelligence files is met with a Glomar. He FOIA'd a 1978 serial cited in Matthew Brown's Immaculate Constellation report — NCND, appeal lost. A follow-up on a DTG from ATP/Oke notes was rejected as too broad twice. Hume also notes NSA once pointed him toward Project Blue Book for Starfish-era material.

MOD science lab. Released to Hume the only known UK government documents on Havana Syndrome / Anomalous Health Incidents — a 2021 four-page Cognitive Warfare paper — after first pointing him at a public debunking article.
AARO
All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office
Hume FOIA'd AARO for UK mystery-drone / Lakenheath briefings that deputy director Tim Phillips verbally confirmed. AARO returned no records. Also no records on a 1989 Russian laser-weapon investigation attributed to Sean Kirkpatrick.
