AARO / Phillips on Yankee Blue and Doty
AARO FOIA: neither confirm nor deny (Hume expected this for named-person requests). Separately, Tim Phillips told Hume that Doty was not interviewed and was not the source, and called the program Yankee Black.
Open record
AARO Historic Report working file — Art Lundahl
Suggested FOIA, not known to have been filed/released.
Open record
AARO records — 1989 Russian laser-weapon investigation
AARO claimed no record of any such investigation. Hume: the sole source is Dr K; AARO appears to be distancing from him.
Open record
AARO records of RAF Lakenheath drone briefing
Phillips said he had been briefed as deputy director. AARO: no record. Hume checked DGI dates; they did not match. He treats it as informal.
Open record
AARO records of UK 'mystery drones' briefing to Tim Phillips
Phillips told Hume yes, he received such a briefing in his official capacity. AARO FOIA: no records of the briefing.
Open record
AEC / DOE / NRC / NARA search — Ramey UFO program 1962–73
No responsive records from NRC, DOE or NARA. Only a 1952 newspaper clip on AEC interest in sightings. Hume says someone with authority would do better than a private FOIA.
Open record
AFOSI holdings on triangle UFOs
Hume flagged as FOIA potential (August 2026).
Open record
AFOSI witness interviews — Norfolk/Suffolk mystery drones
FOIA pending as of April 2026.
Open record
CAA / UKAB radar — RAF Lakenheath NPAS incident
CAA/UKAB confirmed a second F-15 in the vicinity but released data on only one because it was the AIRPROX-relevant track. Hume: they did not answer the request for ALL. Internal review: radar tapes are proprietary data and therefore exempt; they at least admitted they had not answered what was asked. Hume planned to try NATS and push CAA again.
Open record
CBP incident report — El Paso object
No response as of August 2026. Hume was interested in mixed official messaging; Weinstein questioned the story on Rogan; Coulthart's sources said not drone or balloon.
Open record
CIA Reading Room DOC_0000728028 — Mount Ararat / Noah's Ark
Hume files CIA interest in Noah's Ark / Ararat under archaeological / OOPArt UFOlogy with Lundahl and the Riggs story. Lee posted DOC_0000728028.pdf (the Reading Room permalink currently bounces to the search home). A public cousin item, Noah's Ark and Mt. Ararat (0000839383), is archived as a PDF.
Open record
CIA Tranche 3 — Zimbabwe UFO incident, 2008
CIA document on a 2008 Zimbabwe (Harare) UFO incident. Hume groups 2008 with Needles, Stephenville, Vietnam, Kumburgaz.
Open record
DIA FOIA — FVEY Foreign Materiel Program (mapped to AATIP)
DIA closed it saying all AATIP documents had been released. Hume asked whether FVEY FMP was a program related to AATIP; they treated it as such. They then stopped answering how they 'researched' that link and told him to appeal, which he did. Contrast: MOD NCND'd the same FMP question.
Open record
DoD Foreign Materiel Program (FMP / FMA / FME) — 8-page doc
MOD would not release FVEY FMP UFO-related material. Hume's analytic claim: crash-retrieval files sit under NASIC FMP/FME at Wright-Patterson, possibly in the 'Ballroom', covering Moon Dust and Zodiac.
Open record
DSTL 4-page Havana Syndrome / AHI paper (2021)
Four-page 2021 Cognitive Warfare report, MOD-funded, discussing RF/acoustics, directed-energy weapons and chemical explanations, with recommendations for further work. Authored under FTUD S&T (Future Threat Understanding and Disruption). Hume believes this is not DSTL's entire holding.
Open record
FBI file — Clinton Nuclear Power Plant UAV incidents (2018)
File released after appeal, later a printout addendum. Witness statements, IDNR launch-site map (no vehicle found), 3–5 objects with one hovering ~1 hour, Air Police late, National Guard Doppler insignificant. Two possible operators dismissed; another lead fully redacted. Assessment: named group/individuals 'does not warrant further investigation' — names redacted. Closed at NRC but unresolved. Mentions a related 2017/18 California plant (Hume thinks Diablo Canyon). No photographs captured.
Open record
FCDO — Havana Syndrome / AHI records
FCDO: no records. Hume logged this next to the Met NCND and the DSTL 2021 paper.
Open record
Gen. Sheehan MFR to AARO — discrepancy notes
Kirkpatrick ignored the points. Hume's working theory: Kirkpatrick's worldview conflicts with NHI, which does not explain the ignore.
Open record
Met Police FOI — London Havana Syndrome incident, 2019
After an extension, Met Police neither confirmed nor denied under national security. Internal review came back quickly and left the NCND standing. Hume considered ICO but waited on a parallel DSTL request. The i newspaper had reported MI6 and DSTL filling a JASON/MITRE-like function.
Open record
MOD FOI — FVEY Foreign Materiel Program and UFOs
Neither confirm nor deny. Hume notes MOD only mentioned US–UK relations, then appended the standard UFO section-16 advice even though the word UFO was never in the request — they clearly knew what FMP meant in this context.
Open record
MOD records of communications with AARO
Neither confirm nor deny. Hume: 'The amount of sections they quote when you ask MOD about communications with AARO is ridiculous. It's obvious they do but so tight on anything being released.' Later wished he had taken it to ICO just to force a 'records exist but withheld' admission.
Open record
NASA FOIA — Brazil agreements active 1995–96
NASA released a list. Hume: nothing in it is even close to the agreement Leir described.
Open record
NASA Langley — UAS/UAP reports 2023–24 (13 pages denied)
One document located, 13 pages. After NASA consulted USAF, the pages were denied in full. Hume notes a joint UK (DSTL) and US (AFRL) hypersonics program was running at the time.
Open record
NPRC personnel file — Operation Dominic Navy diver
Hume and Geoff Cruickshank identified the man and requested his records. Family does not want the name public. Not Carl Brashear.
Open record
NSA 1978 serial cited in Immaculate Constellation
A year later NSA would not confirm or deny the document's existence. They omitted the subject line; Hume had to match it by date. He appealed and lost. He notes the same item appears in Oke's 1985 notes, which is why he is confident it exists.
Open record
NSA blanket Glomar on UFO intelligence files
Standing NCND. Hume notes you can ask for files dating to the 1960s–70s and still get the same response. He emailed Clapper and Mike Rogers about a claimed DNI-ordered review of NSA UFO holdings; neither replied.
Open record
NSA DTG from ATP / Oke notes — too broad
No production. Hume did not get past the 'too broad' gate.
Open record
Suggested FOIA — CHIMERA HPM vs drones / UAS / UAP
Not Hume's filing. Open research action.
Open record
EPA FOIA — Lockheed California hazardous materials / CAT-3 store
EPA: no records. Pointed Hume to California GeoTracker (business name LOCKHEED). Hume notes Rye Canyon closed 1995 and a FUDS case for joint Navy & LMSC (later LMSSC). He did not have time to mine the whole dump.
Open record
NPAS airborne video — RAF Lakenheath drones
Video released after IR/ICO-style pressure (Hume's UK FOI template). Audio was stripped under a law-enforcement exemption, so the tape does not show what the crew thought they were seeing in real time. Hume asked analysts to run SHIPWREK (altitude, distance, speed) and whether both 'drones' were F-15s. NPAS had first Glomar'd involvement.
Open record
NRC folder — Clinton NPP drones, unresolved
The document that won the FBI appeal. Hume was still trying to get the original NRC folder back, including the California plant reference.
Open record
Police logs — RAF Lakenheath and RAF Marham
Hume lists these among the releases he personally obtained.
Open record
MOD intelligence on the Alaska UAP shoot-down
MOD acknowledged records exist, took two extensions, then classified the lot. Hume: 'MOD does have some Intel on the incident but after two extensions it was classified in full (3 sections).'
Open record
RAF Akrotiri 'phantom drone' tracking
Hume posted the incident as a 'phantom drone' problem later overtaken by real UAS activity in the region.
Open record
Royal Navy log — HMS Queen Elizabeth, Hamburg, 22 Nov 2024
Will not confirm or deny records. Hume found this incident more interesting than the RAF base events and hit a brick wall.
Open record
UK pins on AARO UAP map 2023–24
Withheld in full. Hume guesses RAF Lossiemouth / early-warning systems but labels that a guess.
Open record
Larry McGuire letter — FVEY FMP & UFOs
Became the citation Hume and others use when asking DIA, MOD and NASIC about crash retrieval under FMP.
Open record
DOE NEST emergency-response files, 1997
Agency first said it held the 1997 NEST files, then seven months later said it did not. Hume: 'so where are they?'
Open record
NNSA / DOE Starfish Prime & UFO records
DOE/NNSA acknowledged classified files on Starfish Prime & UFOs that need a subject-matter expert with jurisdiction before any release. After 2–3 status chases Hume concluded release is unlikely. Army said USAS American Mariner tracking records, if they exist, would be at NARA.
Open record
NSA pointer — Starfish Prime UFO material in Project Blue Book?
Hume said NSA would not release the historic docs and suggested looking in Project Blue Book. He considered litigation (CAUS vs NSA 2.0) and asked why the material was not already in PBB files.
Open record
RAF DASOR — Typhoon vs triangular grey object, 2019
DASOR describes an RAF Typhoon attempting to follow a triangular grey object that crossed the canopy; visual lost after ~3 seconds at 16,000 ft. Listed as possible UAV, maybe something like BAE Taranis. Incident year 2019. Hume later recirculated it during the 2024 UK drone flap.
Open record
USSOUTHCOM FOIA — Peru 1997 window
No responsive records. Hume called the narrow window a mistake in his own request.
Open record
AAWSAP interest in Dugway Proving Ground — Feb 2011 note
Document exists in Hume's posts with news-broadcast links. Analytic, not a new FOIA win.
Open record
1996 DOE/Army emergency manual — 'high technology devices'
Manual assigns US Army and DOE to respond to high-technology devices. Hume maps this onto NEST + 52nd EOD / 28th EOD Airborne and treats UFOs as broken-arrow problems.
Open record
ABDP / CIA over-the-horizon radar, 1990s — suspicious aircraft
Context for Peru radar logs (ROTHR, TPS-43) in Weygandt's account.
Open record
Bronk paper on alien life and disclosure impact
Still missing. Source is Vallée FS4 via Nelson Rockefeller, with a Kissner mention of the university.
Open record
CIA DS&T UFO programs, 1980s — Hineman acknowledgement
No document release. Hineman acknowledged involvement in UFO programs after Blue Book. After a mix-up was clarified he stopped answering; Hume later said mentioning whistleblower protections and AARO was a mistake. Hume: until those files appear, 'you are no closer to the truth than 2017.'
Open record
Lundahl 1952 DC-flap fragment — IBM analysis trail
AARO interested, could not locate the piece. Hume's reconstruction: CIA NPIC → IBM (Vogel et al.) → CIA 1950s pieces to LMSSC WUSAP storage.
Open record
Forbidden Science 5 — Zodiac names (Rosenberger / Elliot)
Hume identifies Vallée's 'Jerry Rosenberg, currently at IDA' as Jerry Rosenberger (TRW 1974, IDA 2001, Navy underwater sensors) and flags Mary Elliot / MEE of TRW as Davis's Zodiac source.
Open record
NRO KH-9 Keyhole image of an unidentified object
Hume: likely the 1970s imagery Moon Dust at Wright-Patterson was interested in, but the timeframe better fits Zodiac. Both images 'very underwhelming' in his view.
