El Paso object — CBP FOIA
First request bounced, resubmit unanswered
Hume FOIA'd CBP for the El Paso incident report because official messaging was a mess. CBP closed for insufficient description. He resubmitted with news links (April/May) and had heard nothing by August. Weinstein questioned the official story on Rogan; Coulthart's sources said not drone, not balloon. Hume also floated CHIMERA / HPM FOIAs as related directed-energy questions he no longer had time to run.
