AAWSAP, Dugway, Kona Blue and the failed Lockheed transfer
February 2011 note after Gaffney blocked remnants to BAASS
Hume posted a February 2011 AAWSAP document showing interest in Dugway, which he dates after the failed Ryder/Lockheed/Gaffney material transfer and after a January incident captured in two news broadcasts. It is his pin for Kona Blue-era AAWSAP looking at a specific range while CIA kept remnants out of Bigelow's shop.

AAWSAP interested in Dugway Proving Grounds ?. This would be at the time of Kona Blue & after the Ryder/Lockheed/Gaffney transfer failed.
