Hume tracks DS&T UFO work in the 1980s via Evans Hineman, NPIC / Art Lundahl material analysis, CIA interest in Noah's Ark / Mount Ararat, 2008 Zimbabwe reporting, and alleged 1950s fragment transfers to IBM and later LMSSC.
Files
Lundahl 1952 DC-flap fragment — IBM analysis trail
AARO interested, could not locate the piece. Hume's reconstruction: CIA NPIC → IBM (Vogel et al.) → CIA 1950s pieces to LMSSC WUSAP storage.

CIA Reading Room DOC_0000728028 — Mount Ararat / Noah's Ark
Hume files CIA interest in Noah's Ark / Ararat under archaeological / OOPArt UFOlogy with Lundahl and the Riggs story. Lee posted DOC_0000728028.pdf (the Reading Room permalink currently bounces to the search home). A public cousin item, Noah's Ark and Mt. Ararat (0000839383), is archived as a PDF.

CIA Tranche 3 — Zimbabwe UFO incident, 2008
CIA document on a 2008 Zimbabwe (Harare) UFO incident. Hume groups 2008 with Needles, Stephenville, Vietnam, Kumburgaz.

Names
Arthur C. Lundahl
Founding director, CIA NPIC
Told Jacques Vallée in 1989 that he possessed a fragment shot off a UFO during the 1952 Washington, D.C. flap and that IBM analysed it. AARO later looked for the piece for its historic report and could not locate it. Hume argues CIA then passed 1950s fragments to LMSSC, which is why AARO came up empty.
Dr. Marcel Vogel
IBM research chemist
Named by Hume as one of the people who examined UFO pieces at IBM for the CIA. Later-life crystal work is flagged by Hume as a curious coda, not as evidence.
R. Evans Hineman
CIA Deputy Director for Science & Technology, 1982–1989
Hume got Hineman on record acknowledging involvement in UFO programs in the 1980s — after Blue Book. Hume's standing demand: release the CIA DS&T UFO program files from that decade. He has urged AARO and later declassification tranches to interview him.
David Grusch
UAP whistleblower
On Rogan, said CIA gave 1950s UFO pieces to LMSSC — Hume's proposed destination for the missing Lundahl fragment. Also described FMA/FME under DoD FMP as off-books umbrellas and said crash-retrieval files sit at NASIC.
Glenn Gaffney
CIA
Named in the AAWSAP-era story of CIA stopping a Lockheed remnant transfer to BAASS. Hume connects this to Kona Blue, Dugway interest, and later LMSSC storage of 1950s CIA pieces.
Don Riggs
Source in The Pyramid and the Pentagon
Told the story of his father Harold Riggs and archaeological/out-of-place artifacts (Noah's Ark). Hume calls this the most interesting archaeological-UFO case and notes Lundahl's involvement.
Harold Riggs
Father of Don Riggs
Subject of the Riggs family account Hume highlights for CIA archaeological interest.
Lee Nicholson
Independent researcher, Pendle, UK
Flagged CIA Reading Room DOC_0000728028 (Mount Ararat / Noah's Ark). Hume credited him.
Leon Panetta
Former CIA Director
Hume asked whether ODNI UAP investigators spoke with Panetta, Hineman, Gaffney and BRI — all still alive — and if those interviews will be public.
