Met Police NCND; FCDO empty; DSTL paper sits next door

After Hume obtained the DSTL 2021 Cognitive Warfare paper, he went back at the reported 2019 London AHI. Met Police NCND'd under national security; IR upheld it. FCDO (the MI6-adjacent channel) had no records. The i newspaper had described MI6 and DSTL in a JASON/MITRE-like role. Hume considered ICO, then waited on DSTL.

Four-page 2021 Cognitive Warfare report, MOD-funded, discussing RF/acoustics, directed-energy weapons and chemical explanations, with recommendations for further work. Authored under FTUD S&T (Future Threat Understanding and Disruption). Hume believes this is not DSTL's entire holding.

Met Police FOI — London Havana Syndrome incident, 2019

After an extension, Met Police neither confirmed nor denied under national security. Internal review came back quickly and left the NCND standing. Hume considered ICO but waited on a parallel DSTL request. The i newspaper had reported MI6 and DSTL filling a JASON/MITRE-like function.
