Moon Dust, KH-9 and Wright-Patterson
1970s satellite imagery Hume finds underwhelming
Declassified NRO Keyhole-9 image of an object, paired with a 1949 USAF recon photograph. Hume guesses these are the 1970s frames Moon Dust at WPAFB wanted, then prefers a Zodiac attribution on dating. Both images, he says, are visually poor. Redfern's Moon Dust-relic claims sit in the same drawer.
Findings
Each line is tagged as a FOIA outcome, something someone told Hume, open literature, a leak, or Hume's own reading. Do not treat the last as a document.
- 01Open literature
Public KH-9 frame exists; Hume is not impressed by the object.
- 02Hume's reading
1949 USAF recon image is a separate, also underwhelming, comparison.
- 03Hume's reading
Timeframe argument: Zodiac over Moon Dust.
- 04Hume's reading
NASIC FMP would be the current office holding historic Moon Dust paper.

I guess this is the 1970s images that Moon dust at WPAFB were interested in. I think this group is more likely to be Zodiac cos time frame.
