Outcome
Neither confirm nor deny. Hume notes MOD only mentioned US–UK relations, then appended the standard UFO section-16 advice even though the word UFO was never in the request — they clearly knew what FMP meant in this context.

UK MOD "FMP" Foia Will not confirm or deny section 27. What's interesting is they only mention US & UK relations. Then sec 16 mention boilerplate ufo response, as i never mentioned UFO/UAP they must be aware its related.
