Langley (LaRC) located 13 pages of 2023–24 UAS/UAP reporting then denied them in full after consulting USAF — at a time Hume flags a joint DSTL/AFRL hypersonics program. A separate FOIA for Brazil/NASA agreements active in 1995–96 (testing Roger Leir's Varginha paperwork claim) returned a list with nothing matching.
Files
NASA Langley — UAS/UAP reports 2023–24 (13 pages denied)
One document located, 13 pages. After NASA consulted USAF, the pages were denied in full. Hume notes a joint UK (DSTL) and US (AFRL) hypersonics program was running at the time.
Open record
NASA FOIA — Brazil agreements active 1995–96
NASA released a list. Hume: nothing in it is even close to the agreement Leir described.

Names
Dr. Pete Worden
Former USAF / NASA Ames director
Told Hume he introduced Tom DeLonge to Gen. Neil McCasland, and that he (Worden) is a skeptic. Hume posted Worden's explanation of why the introduction happened after McCasland's wife confirmed he was a DeLonge source.
Daniel Goldin
NASA Administrator, 1992–2001
Hume tried three times to get Goldin on the record about UFOs / possible NHI knowledge and received no reply. Hume's opinion: probably the last NASA administrator with knowledge of the subject.
Roger Leir
Podiatric surgeon
Claimed he saw paperwork of a Brazil–NASA agreement on space debris/material while investigating Varginha. Hume FOIA'd NASA for agreements active in 1995–96; the released list contained nothing close to that agreement.
