CIA DS&T UFO programs after Blue Book

Evans Hineman on the record, files still inside

CIA DS&TChatsworth, CA (alleged store)

R. Evans Hineman, CIA Deputy Director for Science & Technology 1982–89, acknowledged to Hume involvement in UFO programs in the 1980s. Hume's political demand: release those DS&T files. He has asked whether AARO or ODNI investigators have interviewed Hineman, Gaffney, Panetta and BRI. He also ties Hineman's 1989 exit to shutdown of a Lockheed Chatsworth CAT-3 store.

Findings

Each line is tagged as a FOIA outcome, something someone told Hume, open literature, a leak, or Hume's own reading. Do not treat the last as a document.

Living DDS&T, on the record, post-Blue Book UFO program involvement.

  2. 02FOIA outcome

  3. 03Hume's reading

Hume: 'Until you see files addressing [Ramey and Hineman] you are no closer to the truth than 2017.'

  4. 04Hume's reading

Linked hypothesis: Chatsworth CAT-3 hazardous store holding UFO materials closed when Hineman left, 1989.
