Lockheed California storage, EPA and Chatsworth CAT-3

Federal no-records, state water-board dump, Hineman shutdown theory

Chatsworth, CARye CanyonNavy/LMSC FUDS

Before Corbell's EPA/FUDS documentary, Hume asked EPA for Lockheed California hazardous-materials storage and cleanup. No records; use GeoTracker. He was hunting a Chatsworth CAT-3 store he thinks held UFO materials and was shut when Hineman closed the CIA DS&T effort in 1989. Rye Canyon is on the board (closed 1995); there is a joint Navy & LMSC FUDS case.

Findings

Each line is tagged as a FOIA outcome, something someone told Hume, open literature, a leak, or Hume's own reading. Do not treat the last as a document.

  1. 01FOIA outcome

EPA no-records + state referral is a real pointer, not a dead end.

  2. 02Hume's reading

Hume did not have time to read the whole GeoTracker corpus and said so.

  3. 03Hume's reading

Theory: CAT-3 Chatsworth store = CIA DS&T materials under Lockheed custody, closed ~1989.

  4. 04Hume's reading

Connects to failed Ryder/Lockheed/Gaffney transfer into AAWSAP/BAASS and to LMSSC WUSAP as the later home of 1950s CIA pieces.

I was looking for the cat3 hazardous storage facility in Chatworth CA that held ufo materials that belonged to Lockheed Martin. Imo was put into storage when Hineman closed it down 89
