After the 1978 serial Glomar, Oke suggested targeting a DTG mentioned in ATP notes. First filing denied as too broad; resubmitted with keywords; still too broad.

Outcome

No production. Hume did not get past the 'too broad' gate.

Shows the follow-up tactic — and that NSA would not even process the DTG hunt.
