A follow-up on a DTG from ATP/Oke notes was rejected as too broad twice. Hume also notes NSA once pointed him toward Project Blue Book for Starfish-era material.

His Immaculate Constellation report cites a 1978 NSA document by serial number. Hume FOIA'd that serial; NSA would not confirm or deny the document's existence, omitted the subject line, and the appeal lost. Hume notes the same item appears in Oke's 1985 notes.

Per a podcast Hume cites with former NSA director Mike Rogers, Clapper as DNI asked Rogers to review NSA UFO holdings. Hume emailed Clapper for clarification and got no reply. He also tracks Clapper's 2015–16 window (pre-NYT 2017) and a claim that Clapper brought Elizondo to the Pentagon in 2008.
