Hume said NSA would not release the historic docs and suggested looking in Project Blue Book. He considered litigation (CAUS vs NSA 2.0) and asked why the material was not already in PBB files.

i am considering a court case against NSA & DOE (nnsa) for release of historic docs on "starfish prime UFO incident" as they refuse to release them … thats what nsa suggested
