Told Jacques Vallée in 1989 that he possessed a fragment shot off a UFO during the 1952 Washington, D.C. flap and that IBM analysed it. AARO later looked for the piece for its historic report and could not locate it. Hume argues CIA then passed 1950s fragments to LMSSC, which is why AARO came up empty.

Art Lundahl had a piece of material that was shot off a ufo during the 1952 DC flap. It was given to IBM to do analysis. Lundahl told JV about it in 89.
